PRODUCTION WORK FLOW
Leather Processing
This is the first step. We get leather from various sources, sometimes from other countries or locally. Our processing facility can handle thousands of skins daily. It’s equipped with automated shavers, dryers, and stretchers, allowing us to maintain consistent production all year.
Raw Material Store
This allows us to keep up to 30,000 skins in stock year-round. The leather is sorted by grade and thickness in our selection department. We source leather globally, choosing different types based on customer preferences and glove design. We decide which leather origin is best for each use, often using raw leather from local sources and Africa. The leather is usually sorted into A and B grades, with only rejected pieces handled separately.
Giving Back
